We’re seeking a detail-oriented and compassionatePhlebotomist IIIto join our team in Chino Valley. In this role, you’ll be responsible for collecting and processing specimens with accuracy and care, while ensuring patients feel informed and comfortable throughout their visit. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform venipunctures using both straight and butterfly needlesLabel, centrifuge, split, and freeze specimens according to lab protocolsAccurately match requisition forms to specimen tubes and verify patient informationPackage specimens for transport, maintaining proper temperature and handlingMaintain a clean and compliant workspace, including routine decontaminationProvide patients with clear, courteous explanations of proceduresExecute physician orders with precision and professionalismRespond to phone inquiries and assist with lab result communicationParticipate in annual training and adhere to OSHA and DEP regulationsQualificationsValid Phlebotomy certification in ArizonaMinimum of 6 months’ experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital settingProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteHigh School Diploma or GEDStrong interpersonal skills and attention to detailWork EnvironmentThis position is based in a Patient Service Center (PSC), where you’ll work alongside other phlebotomists to support outpatient services. Daily responsibilities include entering physician orders, verifying insurance, collecting payments, drawing blood, and preparing specimens for courier pickup. The role requires a balance of technical skill and patient interaction.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: Chino Valley, AZ
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.59/hr.
