PSC Phlebotomist – Chino Valley, AZ Be the Connection Between Patients and Precision Care We’re seeking a detail-oriented and compassionatePhlebotomist IIIto join our team in Chino Valley. In this role, you’ll be responsible for collecting and processing specimens with accuracy and care, while ensuring patients feel informed and comfortable throughout their visit. Key Responsibilities + Perform venipunctures using both straight and butterfly needles + Label, centrifuge, split, and freeze specimens according to lab protocols + Accurately match requisition forms to specimen tubes and verify patient information + Package specimens for transport, maintaining proper temperature and handling + Maintain a clean and compliant workspace, including routine decontamination + Provide patients with clear, courteous explanations of procedures + Execute physician orders with precision and professionalism + Respond to phone inquiries and assist with lab result communication + Participate in annual training and adhere to OSHA and DEP regulations Qualifications + Valid Phlebotomy certification in Arizona + Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite + High School Diploma or GED + Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail Work Environment This position is based in a Patient Service Center (PSC), where you’ll work alongside other phlebotomists to support outpatient services. Daily responsibilities include entering physician orders, verifying insurance, collecting payments, drawing blood, and preparing specimens for courier pickup. The role requires a balance of technical skill and patient interaction. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Location: Chino Valley, AZ Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.59/hr.
