+ Be a solution evangelist for client’s Next Gen solution, inclusive of POS, SCO, Fuel Connected Payments, Cash Office, Pocket Office, mPOS, AMS, Loyalty, CCL, Edge, and Connected Associate.
+ Own, manage and identify and drive improvements/changes in Scoping & Intake processes.
+ Gathers, prioritizes and documents product requirements and validates value proposition
+ Responsible for moving features / enhancement through NCR’s Product Lifecycle Management process.
+ Responsible for specifying product requirements for current and future products by conducting market research through on-going communication with customers.
+ Serves as internal expert and decision maker when design challenges are encountered.
+ Participate in all the planning meetings with the customer and speak on product subjects as needed.
+ Review BAs elaboration and provide feedback to increase quality and speed to market.
+ Ensure configuration for delivery is accounted for and meets client ways of working.
+ Identify dependencies and cross impacts between projects and components.
+ Participate in roadmap discussion related to NCRV products.
+ Alignment with core teams – communicate new core features to client.
+ Alignment with core teams –request of new features to be added to the core products.
+ Lead / facilitate roadmap discussion with client related to NCRV products.
+ Required to work with Sales, Services Design & Engineering, Service Delivery & Operation leadership and across Lines of Business to solve complex business issues.
+ Provides direction, content and support for product marketing efforts including trade shows, marketing programs, webinars, and sales collateral.
+ Supports and works directly with global sales organization for product training, sales strategy, customer presentations and RFP responses.
