Responsible for all Finance Business Partnering aspects in the PH PS Biological Manufacturing Capability Cluster; demonstrate strategic and hands-on leadership focused on predictability, product focus, resource allocation, and innovative financial steering
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, PS Finance Biological Mfg, are to:
+ Finance Business Partner to the PH PS Biological Manufacturing Capability Cluster Head, influencing decision making through data driven analytics and strategic resource allocation
+ Actively collaborate with the Operations Fi Steering teams and the Value Flow Excellence teams across the global network (USA, Germany & Switzerland), with the PS Product Teams FI BP’s, and the other PS FI Capability Clusters
+ Responsible for planning, forecasting, actuals analysis and for financial steering of the PH PS Biological Manufacturing Capability Cluster
+ Member of the PH PS Biological Manufacturing Capability Cluster leadership team and of the PH PSFI LT
+ Lead Finance specific projects, e.g. Biological manufacturing network decisions, restructurings
WHO YOU ARE
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required Qualifications:
+ MBA or equivalent university degree combined with long-term experience in Controlling and/or Accounting
+ Product Supply Finance responsibilities or equivalent experience
+ Applies VACC leadership behaviors and approach, demonstrating high self-awareness as well as system awareness
+ Demonstrates strategic thinking as well as good business- and external trends insights
+ Focuses on outcomes: defines and delivers highest pipeline-, team-, talent- and organizational-impact-outcomes
+ Collaborates with accountability: collaborates and holds each other accountable in and across international teams
+ Agility and flexibility to adapt plans in a volatile and fast moving environment
+ Excellent communication skills and experience in people management
+ Fluent in English
Employees can expect to be paid a salary of between $134,000-168,000 Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
