You will manage the assignments of our engineering as well as data & AI experts and develop partnerships across the business to provide excellent customer service. As staffing manager, you will make a difference ensuring our staffing strategies align with revenue, profit, and individual growth goals. **Skills & Experience** · Bachelor's degree or higher in psychology, social science, engineering or similar. · Basic industry experience or relevant internships (consulting background preferred) · Great Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, filtering, and sorting, etc.) · Ability to present complex issues in a simple and easy-to-follow manner · Strong customer service skills, with the ability to delicately handle stressful situations · Good negotiation skills with the ability to balance different needs and reach mutually beneficial agreements · Growth mindset and willingness to incorporate GenAI in your daily work · Service-oriented attitude (flexible, personable, approachable) · Team-oriented mentality · Ability to provide and receive feedback constructively · Fluent in English and German **Responsibilities** **Your Impact** · Address project fulfillment challenges by collaborating with business and capability leadership teams and with talent acquisition and contracting · Prompt communication with demand owners as well as Engineering & Data consultants and their team leads · Work closely with various stakeholders including client partners, (international) capacity teams, and hiring departments to support the fulfillment strategy · Responsible for fulfillment and reporting of day-to-day staffing requests · Contribute to availability analysis and account prioritization to strategically place talent in effective roles · Stay connected with your pool of talents and consider the employee´s skills, aspirations, and career goals when supporting casting decisions · Deliver high-quality staffing solutions promptly according to guidance provided · Use data-driven approaches in decisions for achieving staffing goals · Collaborate with client partners / fulfillment strategist to negotiate the best strategic decisions regarding project locations, start dates and talent skills based on the available people. · Help balance multiple high-priority assignments and pool talent from multiple locations · Contribute to reporting for utilization trends and forecasts · Maintain and communicate key information to Staffing Leads about current projects, pipeline and talent forecast. **Qualifications** **Set Yourself Apart With** + Experience with workforce planning and capacity management in a large-scale organization. + Knowledge of talent development and career pathing strategies. + Certifications in workforce management, project staffing, or related areas **Additional information** + An inclusive workplace that promotes diversity and collaboration. + Access to ongoing learning and development opportunities. + Competitive compensation and benefits package. + Flexibility to support work-life balance. + Comprehensive health benefits for you and your family. + Generous paid leave and holidays. + Wellness program and employee assistance.
