PRT Business Consultant

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to fuel operational excellence in the PRT Operations organization, lead critical initiatives including our platform replacement, and align operations capabilities with enterprise goals. As a key member of the management team, you will shape short- and long-term strategies, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and drive results.

The Impact

Serve as the business owner for the Admin Conversion Project, driving successful execution and stakeholder engagement.Analyze and report on operational effectiveness, capacity utilization, and costs to inform strategic decisions.Enhance and deliver operational reporting and performance metrics to support transparency and accountability.Champion a culture of strong customer service, innovation, continuous improvement, and change management across the organization.Identify and lead opportunities to leverage AI, Robotics, Global Business Services, and Process Automation to optimize operations.Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with company and regulatory standards.Collaborate cross-functionally to address complex business challengesApply project management best practices to ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications: 

High School Diploma/GED/HiSET 5+ years’ experience in Financial Services or Operations

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s, advanced degree or relevant certifications preferredAnalysis and reporting of operational effectiveness, capacity utilization, and operating cost effectivenessEnhance and deliver operational reporting metricsDrive culture of change and continuous improvementIdentify and lead opportunities to optimize AI, Robotics, Global Business Services, and Process AutomationAddress complex business goals that may have enterprise impactsManage concurrent projectsAccountable to manage and monitor project tasks and controls during project planning and delivery activities to be on time and budgetWork with a high degree of autonomy and apply knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, communications and presentationProven leadership experience in business analysis, operations, or related fields.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Work with a high degree of autonomy and apply knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, communications and presentationsDemonstrated success in driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.Knowledge of emerging trends in AI and data analytics is highly desirable.Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Salary Range: $121,800.00-$159,800.00
