Assists more senior engineers in implementing manufacturing techniques, processes, tools and machinery in order to optimize quality and output levels.

Job Requirements

Main work:

Taking care of new projects for processing and products

Reaching projects, developing targets with function/time/cost.

Perform engineering duties in process design/line layout design/tools/jig fixture design.

Setting up the preventive maintenance system all machines/equipment together with other concerned.

Receiving customer enquiries, create BOM/Master data, Routing and cost calculation into the ERP System.

Update and monitor the manufacturing standard data in the ERP/MRP

Monitor the manufacturing activities according to the procedures/………….WI

Improve processes according to the production data’s using the Continuous Improvement Process.

Design, register and monitor the manufacturing line for assembly and final inspection process incl. design changes.

Draw, create the manufacturing documentation according to the customer and QMS requirements.

Clarify the manufacturing requirements with the customer, supplier.

Validate the manufacturing lines according to the capability requirements (cmk, ppk).

Design, register and monitor the product drawing (2D), including design changes.

Design, register and monitor the product design (3D), including design changes.

Assure the communication and cooperate with other department/ division for production process of customer order.

Coordinate closely with other colleague in Germany, Switzerland and Asia for product/project transferring /Sales issues/Quality issue.

Cooperate by the CAR activities.

Improve processes according to the production data’s using the Continuous Improvement Process

Creating a BoM,TEBIT, Standard time, Routing, processes design and cost calculation.

Lead, coach, instruct, and develop process owners and improvement teams in the definition, documentation, technical data, drawings, measurement, analysis, improvement and control of manufacturing processes.

Providing product knowledge/support and communicate with customers about the progress of projects and obtaining of necessary information to complete the project on time.

Setting up the injection system all machines

What your background should look like

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering/ Mechatronics Engineering

 1-5 years' experience in production activities

 1-5 year in leading position

 1-5 year in injection molding or assembly processes

Processing machine knowledge (Injection, stamping, finishing, cable assembly)

Technical drawing knowledge ISO/ DIN Norms

Mechanical knowledge in injection mold or stamping die

English in specking and writing

ISO 9001 / TS 16949 knowledge and  SPC/ 6-Sigma knowledge (Process capability analysis)

Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)

Methodic of Continuous Improvement Process (FMEA, CIP, 5S+1, 6-Sigma, 8 Waste, Poka-Yoke,TEOA)

Well organized, flexible, initiative and self motivated.

Able to work under pressure of meeting to schedules, production deadlines and managing

Teamwork / collaborative style

ERP/ MRP Knowledge (BOM, Routing, PPS)

Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point,Power BI, Outlook, Visio)

Strong analytical, problem solving, planning and negotiating skill.

1 Year of Experience in PM Mold Activities (Preventive Maintenance for Molds)             

1 Year of Experience in Cost Reduction Activities through Analysis and Identification of Cost-Saving Opportunities

1 Year of Experience in Spare Parts Management for Production Processes

1 Year Tier 3/ PIM (Process Improvement Management) OWNER

Technical Skills: Data analysis, using process improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen), process design and redesign.

Management Skills: Project management, goal setting, resource allocation, performance monitoring.

Communication Skills: Communicating with teams and stakeholders, training employees, building employee buy-in and support.
