Dabei umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet: + Analyse und Optimierung der vorhandenen Produktionsprozesse zur Sicherstellung höchstmöglicher Produktqualität und Produktivität + Konzepterstellung für automatisierte Anlagen sowie Qualifizierung von Neuanlagen + Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Produktionsprozesse und Ermittlung von Produktionsdaten und -kennzahlen + Mitwirkung an Investitionsprojekten sowie bei Produkteinführungen + Unterstützung der Produktionsleitung im technischen und operativen Bereich + Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Vorgaben zu Produktqualität, Umweltmanagement und Arbeitssicherheit für Ihren Arbeitsbereich. Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen: + Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Schulausbildung (HTL) oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Prozesstechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Verfahrenstechnik oder ähnliches + Erfahrung mit Robotik, Pneumatik oder Mechanik von Vorteil + Idealerweise Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und Prozessdesign + Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office Anwendungen + Gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift + Eine ausgeprägte Zielorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit sowie Überzeugungs- und Durchsetzungskraft runden Ihr Profil ab Zusätzliche Informationen: Für diese Position ist ein Mindestgehalt von € 57.357,- brutto/Jahr mit der Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung, abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung, vorgesehen.
