About the Role
To develop and maintain relationship with providers with objective to provide the best in class service & capability for AIA & its customersProvider Relation:
Develop and maintain cooperation with providers (hospitals, clinics, dentist, pharmacies, optics, etc).Develop AIA Platinum Providers with the agreed criteria & qualifications.Review PKS, SKS and addendum on the request from the provider or company.Provide best customer journey (experience) when dealing service with the providers, including the target SLA of LOG (admission & discharge).Prepare regular report e.g monthly top 10 providers in term of payment, utilization, etcHolding regular performance dialogue meetingHolding gathering event and joint promotion with the appointed / selected providersRebate Collection:
Process and review rebate (discount) based on the PKS and/ or addendum.Implement the agreed scheme of rebate (discount) on the providersGive suggestion on the best practice rebate collectionSettlement and Complain Handling
Ensure outstanding billing is payable on time and no overdue Ensure all complaints are able to address in timely mannerBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
