Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Providers Services Part Time Assistant to support the recruitment and enrollment of new child care providers in our subsidy program. This position is part-time, with flexible scheduling options and a collaborative work environment. Key Responsibilities: + Participate in the recruitment of licensed and license-exempt providers into the subsidy program. + Conduct scheduled and walk-in in-person meetings with clients to receive/process documentation and discuss case changes. + Clearly explain program rules and regulations to providers. + Review and manage all required enrollment documentation to ensure compliance with program timelines and guidelines. + Maintain complete and accurate client files, including MCT-CC3, in accordance with audit requirements. + Manage a caseload of approximately 175–300 clients. + Stay current with Title 5 Regulations and all State Funding Terms and Conditions for relevant programs. + Maintain confidentiality of clients' personal information per contract requirements. + Manage TrustLine Registry coordination with the provider network and the Department of Social Services. + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and alignment in provider and client files. + Accurately log and support the resolution of client complaints, escalating when necessary to the Subsidized Programs Supervisor.
