About the Role

\n

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be supporting our Medicaid provider community as the first point of contact. You will answer questions concerning their accounts. You will help with their account issues while providing them with exceptional customer service.

\n

 

\n

Hours:

\n

8:00AM – 5:00PM; Monday through Friday with the possibility of flexible hours, 

\n

onsite position with the possibility of hybrid if performance expectations met.

\n

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for:

\n\n Using a computerized system, respond to Montana Medicaid provider inquiries in a call center environment using standard scripts and procedures.\n Identifying customer needs, answering questions, or resolving problems\n Using the tools provided to guide you through customer conversations\n Providing customers with important information while communicating in a warm empathetic manner\n Gathering information to keep customer profiles and accounts up to date\n Verify documentation and images\n Attend scheduled staff meetings\n Complete required assigned training\n Track daily task for quality review\n Providing exceptional customer service\n Communicate with team members or supervisors about any issues or discrepancies\n Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion\n Comply with data integrity and security policies\n Perform other clerical or administrative tasks as needed\n\n

Qualifications:

\n

 

\n\n Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft\n Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or an equivalent level of education\n Have prior office or administrative experience\n Have an ability to communicate clearly and professionally with co-workers, clients, and providers\n Have attention to detail, grammar, and spelling accuracy skill set\n Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship\n Be able to successfully pass a pre-employment screening\n Call center experience is preferred\n Knowledge of healthcare or insurance terminology is preferred\n Computer system experience with data entry and database documentation knowledge is preferred\n\n

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $16/hr
