Provider Recruitment Coordinator_COFR

Job Description:

The Provider Recruitment Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the recruitment of healthcare providers. This position involves coordinating and facilitating the recruitment interview process, from initial contact with candidates through the interview process. The Coordinator works closely with the recruitment team, medical staff, and administrative personnel to ensure a seamless and efficient interview process.



 Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Process Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and relevant stakeholders.Organize site visits, including travel and accommodation arrangements.Facilitate communication between candidates and the recruitment team.

Documentation and Compliance:

Ensure all recruitment/interview activities comply with relevant regulations and policies.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interview activities.Assist in the candidate reimbursement process.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate closely with the medical staff, administrative team, and external agencies.Provide regular updates on recruitment interview progress to the recruitment team and management.Foster positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Skills and Abilities:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.

 **Requirements**

Ability to travel as needed.Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours, if necessary.​​

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. 

$20.51 - $31.20
