Your Impact
The primary purpose of the PROvider On-Boarding Specialist is to ensure that Lowe's has a 3rd party service PROvider pool (Installers, General Contractors, Repair Service PROviders) that is able to meet the needs of the business in regards to Lowe’s PROvider strategy, as well as ensure that all 3rd party service PROviders comply with Lowe's application and contractual compliance guidelines. This includes responsibility for initiating PROvider set up and onboarding, collaborating with the applications team to ensure requirements are met, on-boarding PROviders to MyLowe's Pro Rewards, and serving as a resource to the field personnel (FPM) on process and service PROvider on-boarding issues.
What You Will Do
Aids in the set-up process for all service PROviders through various Lowe's based systems
Processes all on-boarding requests and follow-up to ensure new PROviders are educated in working with Lowe's
Inputs new vendor information into the Lowe’s systems and works with cross-functional teams on new PROvider set up
Drives PROvider engagement and use of MyLowe's Pro Rewards
Compiles necessary documents which may include service PROvider agreements, applications and insurance documents for archival purposes
Serves as subject matter expert to Lowe’s Service Support personnel, Field Personnel, and service PROviders for on-boarding process and MyLowe's Pro Rewards related questions
Creates and/or update team training and resource materials, as required
Creates and/or updates PROvider reference materials, as needed
Serves as a resource to complete monthly reports and special projects, as needed
Schedules and facilitates centralized on-boarding sessions with new PROviders
Minimum Qualifications
Associate's Degree Business Administration, related field, or equivalent experience, and 3-5 Years Experience in defined process role preferably in a team environment
