PROvider Onboarding Specialist

Your Impact

The primary purpose of the PROvider On-Boarding Specialist is to ensure that Lowe's has a 3rd party service PROvider pool (Installers, General Contractors, Repair Service PROviders) that is able to meet the needs of the business in regards to Lowe's PROvider strategy, as well as ensure that all 3rd party service PROviders comply with Lowe's application and contractual compliance guidelines. This includes responsibility for initiating PROvider set up and onboarding, collaborating with insurance PROviders and their agent(s) to communicate Lowe's insurance and application requirements, monitoring the PROvider on-boarding process for service PROviders within Service Agreements (SLAs), and serving as a resource to the field personnel (DMIS) on process and service PROvider compliance issues.

What You Will Do

Reviews and validates the accuracy of the online 3rd party service vendor applications based on the Risk Management & Service Support guidelinesManages the set-up process for all service PROviders through various Lowe's based systemsProcesses all insurance and licensing cancellations and renewals, service PROvider agreement terminations, and service PROvider open for payment requestsConfirms that compliant background checks are on file for the PROvider while ensuring compliance standards are met by both the PROvider and Lowe'sIdentifies deficiencies with insurance and application documents, partnering with service PROviders and their agents, as necessary, to remedy errors; approves minor deficiencies as appropriateInputs new vendor information into the Lowe’s Vendor System and works with Vendor Maintenance on the issuance of vendor numbersMonitors upcoming insurance expirations; notifies service PROviders via email and phone to ensure compliance to support business need; collect and retain various state required compliance documentsCompiles necessary documents which may include service PROvider agreements, applications and insurance documents for archival purposesServes as subject matter expert to Lowe’s Service Support personnel, Field Personnel, and service PROviders for application process and insurance related questionsCreate and/or update team training and resource materials, as requiredServe as a resource to complete monthly reports and special projects, as neededFacilitate centralized on-boarding sessions with new PROviders

Minimum Qualifications

Associate's Degree Business Administration, related field, or equivalent experience, and 3-5 Years Experience in defined process role preferably in a team environment

Pay Range: $20.67 - $34.52 per hour
