Job Description Negotiates, executes, reviews, and analyzes contracts with hospitals and providers (i.e. local, larger groups/systems, ancillaries, ambulatory surgery centers, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation facilities, long term acute care facilities) in accordance with company standards in order to maintain and enhance provider networks while meeting and exceeding accessibility, compliance, quality, financial goals, cost initiatives, and client satisfaction. Design, develop, contract, maintain and enhance relationships with facilities, physicians and ancillary providers which serve as contractual networks of care for claimants; foster growth of products; and enhance profitability of QualCare and Coventry. Qualifications Minimum Education: Bachelors degree preferred. Required Skills and Experience: Requires minimum five years experience in contract negotiations, specifically with provider ancillary and hospitals. Desired Skills and Experience: Workers Compensation background in addition to group health experience. Benefits eligibility may differ depending on full-time or part-time status. Compensation depends on the applicable US geographic market. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $59,200 - $91,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
