An employer in the Dayton, Ohio area is seeking a Provider Enrollment Coordinator for a fully remote, contract with possible extensions opportunity. The Provider Enrollment Coordinator managed the contact implementation mailbox and credentialing mailbox for all existing and new business. This person will be performing data entry of all new provider applications utilizing Cactus to facilitate timely onboarding for providers. They also will be providing general administrative support for credentialing as needed by assisting with packets for Credentials Committee and coordinating signatures and mailing of letters, etc as needed. Additional duties include completing health partner intake, by researching, triaging, saving request and routing to appropriate mailboxes. The Provider Enrollment Coordinator will be processing credentialing and Cactus provider maintenance requests as well as scanning credentialing files in a timely manner so experience with that system is preferred.
