**The role you'll contribute:**
The **Provider Data Specialist** is responsible for updating and maintaining the Central Florida Division provider directory. This role involves coordinating and inputting provider information across multiple data sources related to connected network initiatives, as well as monitoring, preparing, and compiling key statistical reports for ongoing process evaluation. The Specialist ensures all data is validated, accurate, and complete before entry, and proactively identifies best practices and recommends process improvements.
In addition to maintaining the directory, this role plays a key part in leveraging provider data for **analytics, reporting, and trend analysis** to support decision-making and network optimization. The position reports to the CFD Provider Directory Manager.

+ Collect, validate and input provider data into systems in a timely and accurate manner
+ Monitor and manage data changes and updates
+ Respond to inquiries and requests for information from stakeholders in a timely manner
+ Maintain directory standards and network management policies
+ Assist with **data analysis, dashboards, and reporting projects** to identify patterns, ensure data integrity, and provide actionable insights
+ Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and maximize data-driven decision-making
Qualifications
**The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:**
+ **Bachelors degree** in Healthcare, Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field; or a combination of high school diploma and at least two years of related experience
+ **2 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or provider data management** (healthcare environment preferred)
+ Strong proficiency in **Excel** (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data visualization)
+ Experience with **Epic** or similar healthcare information systems preferred
+ Working knowledge of **SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or other analytics/reporting tools** strongly preferred
+ Strong attention to detail, with ability to identify data inconsistencies and trends
+ Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional team
