Provider Compensation Analyst Senior
**General Summary** Provides operational and analytical support to the Provider Compensation team. Participates in day-to-day compensation plan execution. Participates in annual compensation budget planning. **Duties and Responsibilities** **Remote Work Capable** **Essential Functions:** + Supports evaluation of physician and APP productivity and compensation models as required. + Responds to requests for salary survey data. Participates in salary surveys, extracting and compiling pertinent data to complete survey questionnaires as necessary. + Participates in annual compensation budget planning. + Compiles data for and prepares regularly scheduled or special reports, analyses, and statements. + Participates in the annual compensation process for assigned areas. Maintains compensation system and accrual files. Participates in year-end reconciliation processes. + Collaborates with Business Managers, Directors of Operations, and Medical Group Administration in supporting the compensation of assigned areas and facilitates communication with physicians and APPs. + Oversees the Provider Forgivable Loan process. **Common Expectations:** + Provides ad-hoc analysis and reports to Management as requested. + Continuously assesses and improves the work processes under their area of responsibility. + Provides outstanding service to all customers; fosters teamwork; and practices fiscal responsibility through improvement and innovation. **Qualifications** **Minimum Education:** + Bachelors Degree Required + Masters Degree Preferred **Work Experience:** + 5 years Experience in healthcare accounting, finance, or human resources Required **Quality of Life** Founded in 1741, the city of York is considered by many as the first capital of the United States.
