Requirements:

Proactive and learning and supporting attitude.Fluent English.Bachelor degree or similar with technical education (preferred: automatics, robotics, programming).Experience in automotive industry, preferred in electronics manufacturing environment, technologies, automation.Knowledge of lean concepts and electronics manufacturing processes.Good problem solving capabilityKnowledge of Six Sigma / other problem solving methods will be an asset .Flexibility, team-work, self-motivated and energetic working style.

Your role:

You will be responsible for all matters related to the global organization and Gdansk plant support for prototypes (assembly equipment & processes issues).

 In particular you will be responsible for:

Supporting process engineers in the development of prototype process equipment.Performing prototype designs, tests and configuration of previous designs.Collecting production data and managing action lists related to prototype equipment.Reporting daily KPIs (such as equipment OEE, FTQ, etc.).Supporting process engineers in the documentation and process improvement.Maintenance of prototype equipment.
