Main Tasks 主要职责

Regular check Prototype order by internal customer (techn. Definition of PT order by requestor (e.g. PM)) enter PT request in PT tool (e.g. CT ProtoNet) / Check and align completeness of documentation and release statusPrototype order processing, cost & timing estimation, quotationCollaborate the order with department team and Project Managers proactively communicate changes in timing and/ or quantities incl. potential risksWeekly Prototype status report and clarify urgency of PT orders and demands as input for priority setting, in time escalationCollect forecast figure by project / Project Manager and Prototype production capacity trackProject Budget spending control

 

Qualifications

Education 

  - Bachelor degree or above majored in mechanical, automation or electrical engineering is preferred    

 

Professional Experience & skills

-  Minimum 2 years experience on project management / new product planning management

-  Good command of written and oral English

-  Very goal-oriented attitude, an ability to work independently

- Good communication skills, team work spirit
