**Main Tasks** + Process management/Documentation (Process flow chart, PFMEA, CP, OI) + Develop new process and plan new layout; + Perform machine/line acceptance, installation, setup and qualification + New product feasibility and industrialization + Perform continuous improvement on process (Handling, material flow, ergonomics) + Improve performance of production line, such as output, scrap cost + Analyze quality issue and failure mode + Support on customer audit **Education** - Bachelor degree or above majored in mechanical, automation or electrical engineering **Professional Experience** **& skills ** - Minimum 3 years professional experience in mechanical or electrical assembly ; - Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in automotive industry as a tier 1 or tier 2 suppliers - Good command of written and oral English - Good communication skills, team work spirit and self-awareness.
