Position Summary

As a Cost Containment and Prototype Coordinator Intern you will provide financial and operational support to the Prototype Team, ensuring efficient budget management and expenditure control for various prototype projects. This role serves as a key liaison between the Prototype Team, Finance Department, and Project Management.

Your Role

Support Cost Containment Manager in maintaining a prototype budget for various projectsMonitor projects expenditures on a weekly basis to ensure alignment with budget and forecast targetsSupport Prototype Coordinator/Leader in controlling budget for prototype needCooperation with Prototype Team, Finance and Project ManagementProtecting confidential information and taking care of the company's propertyActive participation in creating new and improving existing processes in the Prototype TeamTracking orders of individual items and ensuring the availability of individual componentsPreparing component shipments to factories/external SMT companies, creating summary lists and stay in contact to verify delivery

Your Background

During higher technical or economic education – student status requiredEnglish knowledge (ability to speak, read and write)Availability minimum 20 hours per weekKnowledge of MS Office – VBA knowledge would be an additional assetSAP knowledge would be an additional assetWillingness to develop and expand knowledge
