Job Description The P&C Scoper manages work in engineering areas of specialization, with minimal supervision. The P&C Scoper is expected to develop advanced skills and to have the ability to work independently, with guidance limited to unusual or complex projects or issues. Employees in this position are fully competent in the use of concepts and procedures. The P&C Scoper identifies problems, develops solutions, and takes action to resolve. -Create the Protection & Controls (“Electrical”) scope of work for capital improvement projects to ensure constructability, regulatory compliance, and adherence to industry standards. Scoping efforts include but are not limited to the following. -Assess substation yard and control house impacts and requirements -Specify major equipment changes -Identify cable/cable type -Specify relays and determine panel layouts -Assess and account for telecom requirements -Identifies equipment and material needed for projects We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
