The DM is responsible for staffing program execution for PCS Systems Engineering, across the full program lifecycle including systems engineering, system security engineering (program cyber), and integration and verification, spanning two geographic sites (Marlborough, MA and Largo, FL). Responsibilities include department financial planning and execution, process conformance, technology development, staffing, independent reviews, pursuits, and Estimates at Complete (EACs). Additionally, the DM will be responsible for enabling a staffing strategy, implementing knowledge transfer, and supporting employee career development plans via intentional growth pipelines.
