Full-time teachers at Menlo School are responsible for four class sections, overseeing a student advocacy group, attending grade-level trips and off-campus student activities, supporting major extracurricular activities, and participating in team meetings and school-wide committees. They have at least 3 years of teaching experience in upper school grades, a Bachelor’s degree (a Master’s degree is strongly preferred), and broad knowledge of and experience with current best practices in curriculum and instruction, especially standards-based learning.
