We are looking for a Sales Manager of our AWS Japan Professional Services business. Are you a business leader that has led business and/or technology consulting teams through significant periods of growth? Our ProServe business is going through a period of rapid change and pressure to digitally transform their products and services, customer experiences, and business operations. We are bringing highly specialized capabilities to our customers that are designed to make them successful in their digital transformation journey in the cloud. We are bringing our global experiences, expertise, and best practices from thousands of customer engagements to deliver accelerated business outcomes to our customers, and we are obsessed over our customers’ success. Our teams collaborates across the entire AWS organization and our extensive partner ecosystem, and provide access to the global AWS product and service teams to drive cloud innovations and are designed to re-invent industries.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead a team of high-performance sales professionals and consultants and support them to Think Big about the impact AWS can have on customers.
• Engage our customers to design, position, and deliver digital transformation programs in the cloud.
• Earn trust with the C-level and build confidence in their ability to successfully embark on their digital transformation journey in the cloud.
• Advocate on behalf of your customer to influence and shape our consulting delivery and product & services capabilities.
• Define and execute effective partner strategies to maximize our ability to deliver customers’ business outcomes.
• Accountable for revenue performance, exceptional customer experiences, and practice growth.
• Attract and develop the best industry talent and build and grow high performing consultant teams with superior business and technical depth, and outstanding customer relationship skills.
