**Duration: 8 Months** **Shifts: 1st shift baseline but during test operations 2nd and 3rd shift may be required for the duration of the operation.** **Job Description** + Client is seeking Propulsion Test Engineers located at Kennedy Space Center, FL. **Position Responsibilities** + Performs test engineering activities, including detailed operating procedure authoring and execution on spacecraft propulsion systems to achieve test, verification, and vehicle production objectives + Hypergolic propellant servicing + Develops and executes steps to perform component removals, replacement, and re-test on systems that contain hypergolic propellants + Leak testing of spacecraft propulsion systems **Required Skills, Experience, and Education** + Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science + Previous experience loading hypergolic propellants or performing other test related operations on hypergol contaminated propellant systems + Previous experience leak checking spacecraft fluid systems + Previous experience developing procedures to leak check and perform functional testing of spacecraft hypergolic propellant systems + Previous experience operating high-pressure pneumatic equipment, including to pressurize flight hardware + Previous experience task leading technicians, QA team members, and other test engineers to execute testing + Strong troubleshooting capabilities required to document and resolve non-conformances on both ground support equipment and flight hardware + 5+ years propulsion related fluids test engineering experience on spacecraft + Willing to work overtime and off shift operations, including 2nd and 3rd shift **Desired Skills, Experience, and Education** + Current non-Destructive Test (NDT) Leak Test certification + Current SCAPE/SAR certification **Education / Experience:** + Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
