Essential Responsibilities:
Develop incoming engine workscopes that meet customer needs, adhering to contract requirementsWork cross functionally with quality and design engineers to ensure that new processes achieve established metricsProvide technical responses and recommendations to customers as well as internal business unitsSupport and meet production schedules and quality initiatives all within budget boundariesInvestigate hardware and work closely with design engineering to resolve hardware issuesPromote and build a positive working relationship with all members of the siteStrong communication skillsProficient in computer skill and MS OfficeQualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or institution and 3+ years of jet propulsion manufacturing and/or engineering experience (or a minimum high school diploma / GED with at least 7 years of propulsion manufacturing and/or engineering experience)Desired Characteristics:
