Your Role and Responsibilities ：

Work model: onsite

Lead several persons to focus on specific task / industrial field to fulfill the annual target.Prepare professional technical proposals for robotic application systems, with focus on cost effectiveness, low risk, and ease of operation.Prepare the technical presentations and present and provide the professional consultation to customer.Initiatively develop and maintain the customer relationship from technical side.Provide technical and experienced inputs to customer inquiry/feedback review, and convert this information into an engineering offer with a logical cost estimation.Ensure that design and engineering is in accordance with applicable codes, standards, practices and contractual requirementsLead the preparation of technical documentation for the delivered system

Qualifications for the Role：

Bachelor or above,major in mechanics/engineering/robotics.Over 8 years of experience in proposal design of automotive industry or robotics preferred,Including 12 years of management experiences, good management skills.Good English communication abilitiesEffective communication and presentation skillsStrong organizational skills.
