Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Manager for a temporary project role to cover for a medical leave. This is a remote position with an anticipated start date of June 26, 2025, and expected to run through October 2025. Job Description:
Join our dynamic and highly successful team supporting our Cyber and Operational Risk Markets. As a Proposal Manager, you will lead the development and submission of high-quality proposals. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proven ability to manage the full proposal lifecycle in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a strength-based proposal development process from pre-solicitation to submission Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information, develop strategies, and ensure alignment with client requirements Develop, present, maintain, and drive proposal plans Write, edit, and review proposal content for clarity, compliance, and persuasiveness Manage multiple proposal efforts simultaneously and enforce strict adherence to deadlines Coordinate and facilitate thorough Team reviews and proposal strategy sessions Analyze solicitation documents and prepare compliance matrices and response outlines for RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs Ensure 100% error-free compliance and on-time submission Lead continuous process improvement assessments to enhance the proposal lifecycle Ideal Candidate Will Have: Proven experience managing proposals in a professional services, cyber, or operational risk environment Strong understanding of Shipley proposal development processes Excellent project management, writing, and editing skills Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and time management skills
