**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Ensure systematic processing of Customer’s request for Quotation + Ensure consistency and quality in the proposed solution + Review ICS (Integrated Control System) specification as received from customer and identify scope of supply and qualify exceptions/compliance on timely basis + Develop & prepare system design, technical write up & data sheets to meet the customer specifications and applicable standards + Provide cost effective and accurate solution for the industries served + Quantify commercial & technical risks + Manage technical expectations of customers. Support technical negotiation. Responding to technical clarifications and attending meetings with customers to understand customer requirements and explain proposed solution + Develop specification for buyout items and collaborate with strategic sourcing team to obtain competitive quotes + Obtain quotes from other EPM BUs and maximize use of EPM products and solutions + Prepare cost estimation & commercial proposal/GP and review with Proposal Manager + Prepare complete proposal and review with Proposal Manager, Projects and Sales team involved + Effective co-ordination with Sales team, representatives, project team and other BUs + Maintain log of all out going proposals and ensuring proper filing of proposals in line with set procedures + Visit customer offices for delivering presentation and assist in the sales process for product promotion + Handing over of proposal to project group on receipt of purchase order with all back-up documents + Taking responsibility of supporting PWS business from sales and marketing perspective **Who You Are:** + A technically minded and results-driven proposal expert who ensures high-quality, + customer-focused submissions through collaboration, precision, and ownership. + You understand technical specifications and customer requirements. + You can prepare accurate and competitive proposal documents. + You communicate effectively with engineering, sales, and vendors. + You can coordinate multiple proposals with tight deadlines. + You are detail-focused and ensure proposal quality and compliance. + You can write clear, professional English for client submissions. + You take ownership and drive proposals from start to finish. + You are a problem-solver who adapts quickly to changing inputs. + You are open to learning and growing within a team. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + Degree in Engineering, Mechanical or other related field + Over 2-10 years experience in DCS proposal making for Power industry + Proficient in MS Office Programs and familiar with AutoCAD + Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable in engaging cross divisional teams and senior management + Ability to balance multiple large and critical tasks + Strong time management and able to work under pressure + Expect to travel about 5-10% of the time **Our Culture & Commitment to You:** At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
