Description Our client is in need of a detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to support sales efforts by creating accurate and impactful proposals for national campaigns. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet client needs while adhering to service level agreements. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with Campaign Strategists to understand and address proposal requests. • Compile and format proposal elements, including spreadsheets, photo databases, presentations, and maps, using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint. • Ensure all deliverables are accurate and completed within specified timelines. • Utilize proposal and mapping tools to create and edit critical information for client presentations. • Prepare and analyze data to address client requests effectively. • Maintain organized workflows using Salesforce to track and manage assigned proposals. • Adhere to file access and tracking protocols to uphold integrity of proposal documentation. • Communicate effectively with team members and internal clients, ensuring clarity and responsiveness. • Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Foster a collaborative team environment while maintaining flexibility in work schedules. Requirements • High school diploma with 3-4 years of customer service experience. • Proficiency in Excel, including V-lookups, Pivot Tables, formatting, and formulas. • Strong skills in PowerPoint for creating detailed and effective presentations. • Experience working with Salesforce for workflow management. • Ability to analyze data and apply insights to proposal development. • Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking capabilities. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to respond effectively to client needs. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
