THE WORK
The F-35 Training and Logistics Quality function is hiring a dedicated resource to focus on writing quality, compliant BOE's (Basis Of Estimate) for the multitude of proposals in the pipeline today, and for the foreseeable future. This role will be the primary POC for Quality proposal efforts, with SME support from the various functions within Quality for technical content/SME judgment. This is a high volume, quick turn proposal environment, requiring a meticulous, detail oriented and highly driven candidate. There will also be exposure opportunities to learn Finance skills such as Indirect/Overhead accounts management, Control Account Manager (CAM) functions and responsibilities, and Workforce Planning (Vemo) skills. Previous personnel in this role have progressed into subsequent growth opportunities based on networking and skills learned executing this position.

Basic Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable of LM proposal process for US DOD contracting
- Knowledgeable of genBOE BOE authoring tool
- Skilled in quality, compliant BOE authoring
- Ability to work in a cross functional team environment
- History of meeting tight timelines, meeting commitments in a fast-paced proposal environment
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with various Quality functions
- Familiarity with F-35 Training products and services
- Familiarity with F-35 proposal efforts
- Familiarity with pulling/requesting financial actuals for BOE development
- genBOE/TINA training completed
- CAM certified
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
