The ideal candidate must be highly organized, capable of juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, ensuring seamless coordination and timely completion of all projects. **Required technical and professional expertise** * 1-5 years of experience in professional proposal experience, technical writing, design, or supporting proposal templates. * Proven ability to quickly identify and collaborate with internal resources to efficiently complete proposal tasks. * Advanced writing and editing skills - Ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive content for proposals * Strong attention to detail * Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal security clearance with the US government **Preferred technical and professional experience** None IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
