A Typical Day The Property Valuations Business Support role plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive operational and administrative support to the Property Valuations Department. This position requires a highly organized and proactive individual with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. The specialist will be responsible for generating insightful reports, developing presentations, managing vendor relationships, problem solving and ensuring the efficient flow of the pipeline workflow. This role demands the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams. The Property Valuations Business Support will: + Reporting & Analysis: + Develop, generate, and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports on key business metrics, performance indicators, and trends + Analyze data to identify insights, patterns, and areas for improvement, and communicate findings effectively + Maintain and update reporting templates, dashboards, and daily pipeline reports + Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and ensure reports meet their needs + Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting and pipeline processes + Presentations & Communications: + Create visually appealing and informative presentations for internal/external audiences, synthesizing data into compelling narratives + Ensure presentations are accurate, concise, aligned with brand guidelines, and manage their distribution/storage + Vendor Management: + Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned vendors, managing relationships + Assist vendors with order issues, system troubleshooting, and invoice discrepancy resolution + Manage vendor contracts, track performance against SLAs, and create/discuss vendor scorecards + Pipeline & Workflow Management: + Oversee and manage the end-to-end pipeline workflow for the Property Valuations Department + Monitor pipeline progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency + Communicate pipeline status updates to relevant stakeholders + Develop and document pipeline processes and workflows + General Business Support: + Provide business support, including scheduling and correspondence + Assist with the development and implementation of new processes and procedures + Maintain organized records and documentation + Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments + Handle confidential information with discretion + Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned What You’ll Bring + Reporting & Data Analysis: Proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets including formulas, pivot tables, charting), familiarity with reporting tools/BI platforms, and ability to interpret data and identify trends + Presentation Software: Competence in creating engaging presentations using software like PowerPoint and Google Slides, with strong visual communication skills + General Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook) and comfort with various software and online platforms + Organization & Time Management: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and documentation, with strong time management and prioritization abilities + Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry, reporting, and all aspects of the role.
