Your Role
You will be accountable for driving the profitable growth of the LMM Property lines of business in NSW & ACT. You will provide specialized technical support to the business development team to ensure the successful achievement of growth objectives.
Your Responsibilities:
Responsible for the profitable development of LMM Property lines of business within the Property & Casualty Division Underwrite new business in line with Company Guidelines. Establish sound business relationships with LMM Producers. Assist the Growth and Development of the Company by proactively enhancing the profile of the company through existing and new distribution channels. Establish close liaison and working relationships with LMM Casualty underwriters to facilitate whole account underwriting Complete all Administration requirements as necessary. Manage all aspects of underwriting process including, quotation, programme referrals, binding receipt of closings and policy issuance. Recommends changes to standards or procedures where deficiencies have been found. Assist with premium collections as required. Assist in the review of agreed broker wordings to ensure they comply with current market conditions and Chubb underwriting disciplines. Provide input to the Budget process as required. Performs special projects and other related duties as assigned. Establish close liaison and working relationships with the claims and the risk management team and refer to them when and where necessary. Promote and develop new business opportunities in the LMM sector and specifically in our target industry sectors, establishing relationships with key brokers who manage business in this segment. To be able to deliver a high standard of service and broker relationship management and demonstrate a strong record of profitable new business development Accountable for taking all practical measures to ensure that the workplace is safe and without risk to health.
