What this opportunity involves: 

Are you looking for an opportunity to take your property management skills to the next level? We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Property Services Supervisor to join our team at JLL.

As the Property Services Supervisor, you will play a critical role in coordinating the day-to-day operations and safety aspects of a diverse industrial portfolio. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing maintenance and risk management activities, implementing sustainability initiatives, and contributing to budgeting and reporting processes.

An overview of the role:  

Ensure compliance with statutory authorities and best practices in property maintenanceCoordinate property services and maintenance activitiesCollaborate with specialist contractors to ensure adherence to contracts and scope of workSupport property due diligence programs and report necessary improvementsImplement and maintain computerized maintenance systemsIdentify and implement energy and water conservation initiativesManage tenant refurbishment processes in compliance with health and safety requirementsDrive sustainability management and reporting for the propertiesParticipate in various organizational programs and initiativesComplete capital expenditure processes and manage project outcomesAssist with budget preparation and monitoringProvide accurate and timely reports on property operations
