The Role
Reporting to 3 Fee Earners within Residential Property, you will offer hands-on support across a variety of transactions. Daily tasks will include:Being the central point of contact for external stakeholders such as estate agents, solicitors & private clientsCompleting SDLT returnsSubmitting applications to Companies HouseSubmitting HMLR applications and managing requisitionsManaging post-completion requirementsSupporting fee earners with exchange and completion processesOpening & Closing of files andassisting with AML client administrationTime recording and billingAbout YouA minimum of 2 years of experience supporting a busy residential property team as a Secretary or ParalegalStrong organisational and communication skillsAdaptable communication skills and a proactive natureFull time working rights in the UKThis opportunity will likely move quickly so Apply now or contact Jess O’Brien for a confidential chat.
