Requirements:  Proven experience as a Centre Manager or Property Manager will be a distinct advantage. Essential: Demonstrated experience and proficiency in rental collection and property management. Highly responsible and trustworthy with a strong sense of integrity. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to interact effectively with tenants, staff, and stakeholders. Strong analytical skills to assess data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Proficiency in basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Ability to work 6 days a week, including weekends as per operational requirements. Must possess a valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle. Preferably resides in or around the Centurion area for ease of commute and rapid response.
