About the Role

Secretarial support for Security Management Team

Provide comprehensive secretarial support, including documentation and coordination tasks.

Coordinate and schedule meetings for the department

Organize and maintain the meeting calendar, ensuring all necessary attendees are informed and prepared.

Assist in processing passes applications and Key Management System access requests

Facilitate the application process and manage access requests efficiently.

Monthly submissions:

Billings, budget & expenses for the Security DepartmentAttendance, contract service report and Credit Note for Security AgencySafety Manhours report

Quarterly Team Meeting

Prepare meeting logistics to ensure smooth and productive quarterly meetings.

Finance Procurement/Purchases

Ad-hoc purchase requisitions and billings

Training/Course for Security Department:

Course sourcingLiaise with HR on course application

Ad-hoc Tasks

Additional tasks and duties as assigned by the Security Director or Manager.
