Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Property Manager to oversee the efficient and profitable management of residential and commercial properties within our expanding real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the value and integrity of the properties, ensuring superior tenant satisfaction, and upholding the highest standards of operational excellence.
This role requires a strong leader with deep industry knowledge, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors with discretion and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Property Oversight & Operations
Oversee the day-to-day management and operations of residential and commercial properties Ensure properties are well maintained, secure, and presented to a high standard Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive maintenance plans Coordinate with facility management teams and vendors for timely repairs and upgradesTenant & Client Relations
Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, resolving issues promptly and professionally Ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction and lease compliance Prepare and manage lease agreements, renewals, and move-in/move-out processes Facilitate tenant onboarding and ensure smooth transitionsFinancial Management
Prepare and manage annual property budgets, operating expenses, and capital expenditure plans Monitor rental income, prepare financial reports, and manage rent collections Liaise with accounting teams to track payments, deposits, and vendor invoices Provide regular financial and operational reports to management and investorsCompliance & Documentation
Ensure all properties comply with local laws, safety standards, and environmental regulations Maintain accurate property records, contracts, and inspection reports Stay updated on real estate regulations and best practicesTeam & Vendor Management
Supervise onsite staff, including maintenance personnel, cleaners, and security Manage third-party service providers and ensure adherence to SLAs Recruit, train, and evaluate property staff as neededRequirements
Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in property or facilities management, with at least 3 in a senior leadership role Proven experience managing high-end residential and/or commercial real estate Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance, and real estate compliance Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite Membership of relevant professional bodies (e.g., NIESV, IFMA) is an added advantagePreferred Candidate Profile
