**Description** Tyto Athene is searching for a **Property Manager - Journeyman** to support U.S. Southern Command on the SCITES II Contract in Doral, Florida. **Responsibilities:** + Tracks property location, usage, and condition using asset management system + Regularly updates inventories to comply with government property regulations and Federal Acquisition Regulations + Prepares and submits required reports such as audits, inventory reports, and compliance documents + Coordinates with compliance officers to resolve any audits, inventory reports, and compliance documents + Manages the acquisition and proper disposal of government property tied to contract deliverables + Oversees maintenance, repair, and risk mitigation processes to preserve property condition + Works with project teams to align property management with project timelines + coordinates regular inspections and ensures that necessary property is managed appropriately for successful project execution + Review budgets and proposes cost-effective solutions for managing government property **Qualifications** **Required:** + Associate's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field + Experience may substitute for formal education based on DoD guidelines + 4-9 years of experience in property or assets management, preferably in DoD or federal setting + Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and DoD property accountability policies + Experience using automated property management systems + Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and inventory management tools + Strong organizational and documentation skills **Desired:** + Bachelor's degree in related field + Experience supporting property management for defense contracts + Familiarity with Government Property clause + Familiarity with Earned Value Management systems + Knowledge of DoD supply and logistics systems + Certification from the National Property Management Association (CPPA - Certified Professional Property Administrator) + ITIL v4 Foundation or higher + DAU Property Management Training such as CLM031 or higher **Clearance:** + Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI **Certification:** + DoD 8570 Baseline & CE certifications are required for all positions and may vary slightly depending on the skill set required to perform the role + CompTIA Security+ CE **Location:** + Doral, Florida **About Tyto Athene** **Compensation:** + Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position.
