You’ll manage a boutique portfolio of quality properties, delivering excellent service to tenants and owners while balancing your work with life outside the office. With the support of a global hospitality group, you’ll enjoy the confidence of working for an established brand while keeping your role rewarding and manageable.

What you’ll do:

Manage a boutique portfolio of premium propertiesConduct inspections (entry, exit, routine, open homes)Oversee maintenance and coordinate with trusted tradesSupport leasing, onboarding and handoversUse Console Cloud to streamline operationsBuild positive relationships with tenants and owners

QualificationsCurrent Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence2+ years in residential Property ManagementStrong organisational and time management skillsProficiency with Console, Property Me, or similar softwareA reliable vehicle and driver’s licenceProfessional, people-focused and proactive attitude
