Description We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a mid-sized portfolio in Fairfax, Virginia. You’ll manage all facets of property operations, including tenant relations, maintenance, budgets, and team supervision. maintenance, budgets, and team supervision. Lead daily property operations: leasing, rent collection, maintenance Build and maintain strong tenant and vendor relationships Oversee budgeting, P& L analysis, and financial reporting Recruit, train, and manage support staff or contractors Ensure compliance with local/state regulations and lease terms Develop and execute property marketing and occupancy strategies Respond promptly to emergencies and supervise repair activities Requirements Minimum 3+ years of property manager experience within a property management company Proven experience with leasing, budgeting, and financial oversight Strong leadership and vendor management abilities Real estate license or CPM designation is a plus Proficiency in management platforms like Yardi or AppFolio Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in email correspondence. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
