Description We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio in Burke, Virginia. You’ll manage all facets of property operations, including tenant relations, maintenance, budgets, and team supervision. This position is fully on-site with the possibility of becoming a permanent placement. Responsibilities Lead daily property operations: leasing, rent collection, maintenance Build and maintain strong tenant and vendor relationships Oversee budgeting, P& L analysis, and financial reporting Recruit, train, and manage support staff or contractors Ensure compliance with local/state regulations and lease terms Develop and execute property marketing and occupancy strategies Respond promptly to emergencies and supervise repair activities Requirements • Minimum of 3+ years of property management experience • Must have experience with vendor coordination • Experience with maintenance issues – working with vendors • Experience handling purchase orders • Proven experience with leasing, budgeting, and financial oversight • Prior experience supervising staff • Strong leadership and vendor management abilities • Strong communication skills • Great attention to detail TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
