Job Title: Property Manager Location: Lumberton , New Jersey Type: Direct-Hire Opportunity Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 annually Contractor Work Model: Onsite Hours: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM | Monday-Friday Property Manager Job Duties: + Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and overall management of properties. + Help plan and coordinate repairs, renovations, and upkeep projects. + Handle property finances, including rent payments and expenses. + Perform regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs. + Communicate with tenants, staff, and property owners. + Show available units and explain lease terms to potential renters. + Create and carry out marketing plans to fill vacancies. + Keep accurate records of property expenses, maintenance, and permits. + Enforce community rules and policies. + Handle tenant relations and resolve issues as needed. Property Manager Job Requirements: + Three to five years of related experience required. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. + Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with ability to train others. + Understanding of laws, guidelines, and best practices of property management. + Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
