Description We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager for our client in Fairfax, Virginia. We are look for someone that has been in property management but wants a change working with a community association .You’ll manage all facets of property operations, including tenant relations, maintenance, budgets, and team supervision. Responsibilities + Lead daily property operations: leasing, rent collection, maintenance + Build and maintain strong tenant and vendor relationships + Supports accounting and bid process for proposals of projects + Budget preparation + Ensure compliance with local/state regulations and lease terms + Develop and execute property marketing and occupancy strategies + Respond promptly to emergencies and supervise repair activities + Work with multiple vendors + Handle maintenance coordination of all things happening in the community association + Handle community service projects + Supports events and community functions + Conducts research Requirements Minimum 3+ years of property management experience Prior project coordination experience Prior experience supervising – is a plus Excellent written and grammar skills Proven experience with leasing, budgeting, and financial oversight Prior project coordination experience Strong leadership and vendor management abilities Proficiency in MS Office Suite and tech savvy Great with multitasking skills Budget preparation experience is necessary Must have your own transportation (vehicle) TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
