Amentum is seeking a **Property Management Supervisor** for a position on **Kauai, HI** . Supporting the Supply & Logistics Department. Under the direction of the Supply and Logistics Manager handles the daily operations and staff of property management, warehousing, mailroom, and excess disposal; ensuring efficient maintenance, management, customer relations and financial performance are adhered to in accordance with company policies and regulations.
**Responsibilities**
Specific assignments and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following areas:
+ Accurately identifying and tracking all government assets, including their location, condition, and usage.
+ Establishing procedures for the responsible disposal of assets that are no longer needed.
+ Collect and analyze data to inform asset management decisions and improve performance.
+ Coordinate and supervise work to be done by employees.
+ Supervises and trains personnel, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
+ Monitors the performance of subordinates and provide feedback and coaching. Ensures compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Helps in developing and implementing property management strategies.
+ Foster a positive and productive work environment for the team. Effectively communicates with personnel, customers and any other stakeholders.
+ Assist senior management with special projects and other related work requests.
+ Coordinates all regulated cargo in accordance with the company’s ITAR program.
+ Report, submit, research, and execute CDRL requirements as applicable.
+ Review, update and create regulated standard operating procedures, plans and training.
+ Performs additional duties as required.
**Additional Responsibilities**
+ Lifting, pushing/pulling 10-25 lbs.
+ Work positions requirements: walking, standing, crawling, kneeling, cramped, sitting and work requiring repeated stooping.
+ Customer contact, extended workday, confined work area, office laboratory, field assignment, and inclement weather.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Associate’s degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of education requirements.
**Experience**
+ Five years of experience in property management.
+ Three years of experience in supervisory management in related field.
+ Excellent oral and written communication.
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
+ Proficiency with property management software and systems.
+ Principle knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to property management, warehouse management, general housekeeping and mail room regulations.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Asset Management Maximo Experience
+ Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS)
**Security Clearance**
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance. Applicants selected either must currently possess a Secret clearance or will be subject to a US Government Security Investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain clearance prior to commencement of employment and maintain a security clearance for access to classified information or Closed/Restricted Areas throughout duration of employment.
**Compensation**
The annual starting salary for the position is between $70K - $75K. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
