Managing a team of property managers, to oversee our managed portfolio in Ealing, Hayes, and SheppertonLeading daily meetings with the Property Management teamCoaching the team to achieve CSI'sMonitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
