Property Management Analyst
We have an outstanding Contract position for aProperty Management Analystto join a leading Company located in theWashington, DCsurrounding area. Pay rate $78/hour **US Citizenship is required.** **Candidate must possess an Active Top Secret Security Clearance.** Responsibilities: + Responsible for all areas of Inventory Management for the Finance and Facilities Division, including running multiple reports, coordinating with multiple identified Unit Custodians to validate and update their respective asset data, and maintaining asset data appropriately within the Asset Management System (IBM Maximo Platform) + Manage Division property and accountable assets throughout the entire life-cycle including disposition + Manage and coordinate with Division Property Management Team (DPMT) customer requests for service and provide property support for requests submitted through the DPMT SharePoint portal + Assist in conducting the physical inventory and asset validation + Manage multiple tasks independently, which require planning and coordination with customers and meeting deadlines to complete projects and initiatives + Requires 100% on-site presence Basic Hiring Criteria: + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience + Top Secret clearance Benefits offered vary by contract.
